Flooring System Types:
One Day Polyaspartic Flooring System
Polyaspartic flooring is a two-component, rapid curing, hybrid coating system. They are durable choice for commercial and industrial flooring that can also be designed to include decorative elements such as color flakes, embedded features like emblems, and so on. Formulated with aliphatic chemistry, this system is color stable allowing it to take UV exposure without color shifts seen with other coating systems such as epoxies.
Polyurea
Polyurea formulations can be sprayed onto a variety of floor surfaces. Spray on application creates a monolithic, seamless lining that conforms to any shape and size. They are very durable floors, which can withstand chemicals, foot and forklift traffic, and UV light. Texture can be added to accommodate slip resistance. They can be applied very rapidly, with full thickness build in a single pass. Polyurea is cured enough to support foot traffic in seconds, and ready for return-to-service in under a day.
Epoxies
Epoxy coating and epoxy primer products provide a variety of adhesion and intermediate coating solutions for new or existing concrete floors and concrete slabs. Low-VOC epoxy coating systems can be used for applications needing a polymer primer for concrete, self-leveling concrete primer or solvent-free primer for concrete slabs with elevated moisture levels.
Decorative Finishes
Decorative finishing products provide a unique look and / or color to concrete coatings in industrial, commercial, or residential applications. A variety of decorative finishing options are available to enhance concrete floors, such as metallic pigment for intensity and luster, concrete dyes to deeply penetrate the substrate for exceptional color effects, and decorative color chips and quartz aggregates to match any décor and provide a customized look.
